Arch Residential approached the deigner to help them create a stronger and more memorable visual identity to support them in their business expension on the London and UK market. As the main constitutive logo element the designer created an iconic symbol from the first letter of the company name -A. The designer has decided to create a spiral around the letter to inense the territory expension concept but also to create a structural and architectural depth, inensing the arching construction. The designer has also been inspired by some labyrinth garden shapes and by the crescent London streets shape, known as some of the most wealthy London streets, Egerton Crescent and Pelham crescent being the two main ones, both with terraced houses and sharing a communal garden.

Leading up to their 200th year, Designworks Sydney was asked to transform the business – strengthening it for another 200 years. The strategic positioning ‘Strong Together’ was visually articulated in the overlapping of the individual letters of the brandmark. A broad spectrum of colours was used to represent core internal pillars of love, hope, strength, wisdom and belonging creating a positive brand expression for both internal and external audiences. Developing the system further, supergraphics were created using enlarged, cropped sections of the brand device. This strong visual language and colour system has been applied to all facets of the business from online, office interiors, merchandise and way finding signage.

9. Cocolobo – Corporate Identity untuk Branding

Cocolobo is a high-end shopping boutique that caters exclusively to strong women with a confident and in vogue fashion sense. For the naming, we played with the shop’s main patrons’ characteristic duality, in a catchy and fun play with words: “Coco” (coconut in Spanish) and “lobo” (Spanish for wolf). The Cocolobo woman is not only feminine and sweet, but also independent, aggressive, sensuous and daring. The color palette also invests in this polarity, with black and white portraying the elegant, sober aspect of the brand and the red representing all that is feminine and chic.
The layout is modern and simple while the typographic palette emits exclusivity, rounding up the brand as one with dignity and class. In direct and striking contrast stands the heart icon and pattern, rendering a luscious playfulness and channeling the brand to the world of lipstick loaded kisses and little red dresses.

They came to us needing to establish a suitable brand identity through which they could take their inaugural range of soaps to a larger audience. In response, they created a brand centred around a logotype that is both classic and contemporary, whilst a bold and fresh colour palette helps them to become easily distinguishable in a market that is traditionally fussy and predictable. They applied the identity across their stationery including business cards, letterheads, envelopes and packing labels followed by screen-printed postcards and cigar bands.

Gifts Workshop is a company which offers to it’s customers a range of exclusive handmade souvenirs. Custom way of making each gift only from natural materials is valued attribute in workshop. It is located in Stavropol, and we drew our inspiration from an old postcards with city sightseeings. Some of them were used as a brand pattern.

This project presents the development of a visual identity for Estúdio Vii – a design studio idealized by the authors. The name Vii comes from seven (7) in Roman numerals (VII). This number represents the year of 2007, when together, the authors began their academic journey. However, in any way the word Vii should be read or interpreted as “seven”, but as “vee”. Ink is a stationery shop, at the heart of which is the concept of colour application. Using laser cutting techniques, an identity was created which applies colour without directly using it within a logo or identity. Packaging for products has been designed using basic geometric shapes, and five bright color palettes & each element of the brand uses the laser cut technique in a different way. An accurate acrylic geometry set was designed and produced using laser cutting and etching, as well as combining the bright patterns in the products through reverse application of adhesive prints.

With more than 30 years of experience, Maderista approached us with the need to consolidate its brand with a stronger and more sophisticated design, a rebranding that would express it’s proficiency and expertise in a modern and all-embracing way. The naming for Maderista is a witty made-up word consisting of two parts: madera, or ‘wood’ in Spanish and the suffix ‘ista’, a designation of profession, conviction and character. So the name Maderista, or ‘one who works with wood’, is explicit of the brand’s custom services.
22. Mareiner Holz – Corporate Identity & Design

Mareiner Holz has developed a whole range of techniques for finishing untreated wooden boards in an environmentally friendly way. In doing so they discovered that each wood has its own unique character and therefore requiresindividual techniques in order for its true character to really shine. So much more than just flooring. When “Mareiner Holzindustrie” became simply “Mareiner Holz” it marked not only the adoption of a clear positioning strategy but also the establishment of “Wood Treatment” as a new market category. In addition, an emotional world was created by this courageous brand personality, which is especially evident in the aesthetics of the company’s products: 100% natural beauty. As the company’s brand mark, Bert the woodpecker is the whimsical representative of the agile outdoorsmen.

Our goal: to create a brand identity for Midlands that unified their brand and communicated their services and strengths. The Midlands mark was derived from two main points. One being that Midlands strives to provide a high service standard through their employees. The second is that Midlands is an industry leader with a vast and diverse set of products and services. With that in mind, we created a simple and bold typeset mark that features soft edges to appear personable and sincere.

In their near future they are going to initiate a lot of projects on the Croatian market based on two fields, retail and tourism. We have created their identity wanting to reflect their philosophy on embracing openness, a straightforward attitude and clear communication with their clients. We combined a simple, discrete mark with a strong logotype for whom we made custom lettering. The logo always appears in the header of all applications, while the mark becomes the end point of all the applications in which it is located.

Our approach to Nordic House’s branding was focused on Scandinavian design, combining simple geometric forms with a clean, sharp, well-distributed logotype and an icy, cold color palette. Snowy white, chilly grey, pine needle green and fresh salmon combine to create a cool nordic landscape complete with its pure, immaculate and undisguised scents. A few icons are present in the overall identity, designed with a stark and reductionist style that captures the brand’s elemental emphasis on honesty, clarity and above all, quality. Apart from their premium dry-cleaning services, Nordic House will also sell exclusive, quality items such as scented soaps and undershirts.
31. Pact
Contoh Corporate Identity ini didesain oleh ACRE, Singapore, Singapora. PACT is an open space where partnerships between like-minded businesses are housed. The clients’ different backgrounds in hairstyling, food and fashion, challenged the agency to create distinction amidst homogenising the brand experience. We first went about designing a unifying element with the use of the ampersand (&) symbol, altering its structure to spell “PACT”. The ampersand celebrates partnerships and is positive about the likelihood of future collaborations. The design execution of marbling was chosen to depict three dissimilar businesses coming together to form a single-minded entity. The swirls and mix of marbling underlines the brand’s reflexive yet determined vision of celebrating partnerships.

In collaboration with FELD studio for digital crafts, we created a new visual identity for PIGMENTPOL, a digital printing company with three subsidiaries in Germany. The new identity system embodies a variety of perspectives, experiences and possibilities while maintaining a coherent appearance. The chosen hexagon serves as a central key element, from which the generated logos and backgrounds are derived. FELD provided a custom software application for the creation of individual graphics to enable a flexible and individual appearance of the huge variety of PIGMENTPOL’s corporate media, including personalized stationery, shop interior and vehicles. The software was built with the processingframework and the fabulous ANI library from Benedikt Groß.

35. Qian Hu Fish Farm

Qian Hu Fish Farm is a global integrated ornamental fish service provider and manufacturer of aquarium and pet accessories. They were pioneers of the industry in Singapore, with a strong history dating back to the 1970s. This project’s direction uses 1980s ‘ cheesy ‘ nostalgic aquarium imagery and vibe to explore on Qian Hu’s rich history. These imageries have been given a modern reintepretation and twist , whilst keeping its nostalgia. Cyan, a conventional color for water, was used as the main corporate color to represent Qian Hu’s firm beliefs in tradition and straight-forwardness. The logomark was designed in a grid system that follows the golden ratio of a perfect square and triangle, to reflect on Qian Hu’s emphasis on self-discipline and excellent service. The iconic mascot , the High-Fin loach has great sentimental value to the farm, and was thus retained from the previous branding but given a new illustration style.The same illustration style is also applied to other fishes to create retail identity graphics.

The brief was to create an artisinal gelato brand with an emphasis on experience, quality, and taste. Shovel & Bell’s vision was to use traditional preparation methods for making gelato and premium ingredients, versus industrial production and preparation. Their customers were to be working adults who appreciate quality and enjoy indulgence. The name “Shovel & Bell” came from the idea of traditional gelato shovels, and childhood feeling when you hear the ice cream bell. We introduced a colour palette of 10, gelato-inspired colours, along with gelato drips and splatters as part of the visual elements. While we wanted our brand to reflect quality and luxury, we also wanted to bring out the childish side of people — the feeling of a cold scoop on a hot summer day.

The brand identity was inspired by vintage farm labels and features original hand-drawn illustrations of vegetables and farm equipment. All of the print collateral is on 100% recyclable seeded paper, so that each customer who receives a card or a note from the farm is able to further Skylight’s work by replanting the paper and growing their own garden.

The logo for The Hair Tailor had to convey traditional British style. With a slight nod to traditional barber shop themes, a modern clean feel was also combined to create a brand marquee that reflects the 1960’s modernist fashions that Beppy herself and her targeted clientele draw their image and fashion from.
